Shipping Policy
All product prices included international shipping and import taxes.
Shipping within the UK: Purchases under £30 - Shipping £4, Purchases over £30 - Fee Shipping
The customer will generally receive it within 3-5 days after placing the order.
If the goods ordered by the customer are out of stock, they need to be shipped directly to the UK by express air, usually take about 14 working days after the order is placed.
Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, there may be some delays in shipments, and we will not be able to pay for any delays
Terms of the transaction
Please read the transaction terms carefully before payment. After payment, you will be deemed to have accepted the following transaction details.
1) We will properly package each item of the customer, but the UK is far away, and it is inevitable that the delivery process will cause the goods to slightly collide. If the mailing process is damaged, it is beyond our control and will not be liable for compensation.
2) The goods will be delivered to the customer's door by a local express company in the UK, and the freight will be paid by the buyer. (Freight payment will be based on total purchase price)
3) Sorry that all products will not be able to provide return and exchange services after purchasing on behalf of others (except out of stock). Please be sure to confirm and understand the products before purchasing.
