    1. Blanch the pork ribs, rinse, and set aside. Rinse all other ingredients.
    2. Place all ingredients, including the meat, into a pot. Add 1800 ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then change to  medium-low heat for 1 hour. Add salt to taste before serving.
