  • Method 1:

    1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
    2. Wash one apple, remove the core, and slice it.
    3. Place all ingredients into a pot with 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

    Method 2:

    1. Rinse about 80g of lean pork, cut into pieces, and blanch in boiling water.
    2. Rinse all other ingredients.
    3. Place all ingredients into a pot with 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat for 1 hour. Add salt to taste before serving.
