Red Dates, Goji Berry, Astragalus, Ophiopogon, Dried Longan 

Use one small packet at a time, add a small apple (remove core and cut into thick slices), put all ingredients into a health pot, add 600-800ML water, and cook for 25 minutes.

Or (you can put a small packet in a thermos cup and add 480 ml of hot water and bake for 30 minutes).

Drink once or twice a week.
