Hairy fig roots, Poria, Barley, Red bean, Green bean, White bean, Fig and Candied Date

1. Blanch the meat and wash them for later use.

 2. Wash other ingredients, cut the figs into half, and prepare two slice of ginger.

 3. Put all the ingredients including the meat into the pot, add 13 bowls of water, bring to boil under high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and cook for 1.5 hours.  Season it with salt and serve.
