S62. Dried Cordyceps Flower and Dried Figs Soup (one pack for 8-10 bowls)

1. Soak and wash all ingredients.

2. Cut the Dried Figs into half.

3. Blanch the meat, peel carrot skin and cut into pieces.

4. Put all the ingredients and meat into a pot with 12 bowls of water bring to boil on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat for 1.5 hours. Season it with salt and serve.
