Poria, Atractylodes, Codonopsis, Agaric, Alisma, Chuantai slices, Raw Baeley, Cooked Barley, Lentils, Candied Dates.

1. Wash the ingredients, cut the Codonopsis into sections

2. Put all the ingredients into a pot with 16 bowls of water bring to boil on high heat and turn to low heat for 45 minutes, then add a little rock sugar or brown sugar to taste, and boil for another 15 minutes to complete.
