1. Soak the Pearl Shell Meat in water for 20 minutes. Soak Lily Bulb and White Lotus seeds till soft (Remove the White Lotus core if there is any to avoid bitterness.)
2. Blanch the chicken and cut into pieces. Wash the other ingredients. (Fish Maw can be used directly to boil without wash or blanch to achieve a better result of texture.)
3 Put all the ingredients and the meat into a stewing pot with 13 bowls of water and simmer for 1.5 hours. Season it with salt and serve.
Note: As Lily Bulb dissolves easily, you may consider to add them into the soup at the last 15 minutes to make the soup clearer.
