1. Blanch the meat, then use a knife to flatten the white pepper on the cutting board until it becomes rotten
2. Slightly wash all the ingredients, then put them into a pot with 10 bowls of water cook for 30 minutes on high heat (you can add a few pieces of skinned garlic to enhance the taste)

Note: Cooking with chicken broth instead of water will make it fresher and sweeter.
