C00610 Rush Pith and Ophiopogon Soup (2-3 Bowls Servings）

 Rush Pith  Ophiopogon Root  Polygonatum  Lotus Seeds Poria  Date Palm

Method 1:

1. All ingredients thoroughly and set aside.
2. Wash one apple, remove the core, and slice it.
3. All ingredients into a pot with 1.5 liters of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then change to medium-low heat for 30 minutes. Ready to serve.

Method 2:

1. About 80g of  pork, cut into pieces, and blanch in boiling water.
2. Rinse all other ingredients.
3. Place all ingredients into a pot with 1800ML(7 bowls) of water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then change to medium-low heat for 1 hour. Add salt to taste before serving.
